For too long we’ve tolerated lame answers to our suffering. “We suffer so that we can help others who suffer.” “Suffering makes us more like Christ.” “It won’t last long.” "It gets better.” However true those might be, we can do better. Jesus heals a man who was suffering for 38 years. The religious leaders were mad at Jesus for healing someone on the Sabbath. We’re going to take a deep dive into Jesus’ worldview on suffering.
