He served as the first full-time Muslim Chaplain at the University of Toronto, where he provided spiritual guidance, organized educational programs, and facilitated interfaith initiatives. His role as a chaplain allowed him to connect with students and help them navigate their spiritual journeys in a challenging and diverse academic environment.
