Today, I want to share with you my own journey. I'm sharing it with you because I want you to understand no matter how dark, how empty, or how hopeless you feel, there's opportunity for you.

I will warn you ahead of time, I do go into detail on my experience attempting suicide. So this one is a little heavier. But I promise as always, it ends with joy and encouragement.
