It was hard for me to understand how my brother Hugh, a talented, funny, charming, smart and gifted athlete could have suffered silently for so long. Still trying to understand why and how we all might recognize the symptoms to help others who might be too proud or ashamed to ask for help. We all need to be there for each other, ask questions, help those who might be struggling. I discuss the devastating tragedy of my beloved little brother Hugh and why he may have taken his life.
