Warning Signs:

-Talking about suicide/death

-Hint that they might not be around any longer

-Talk about hopelessness or guilt

-Start giving away treasured possessions

-Lack of desire to do favorite activities

-Difficulty concentrating or thinking clearly

-Changes in eating or sleeping habits

-Engaged in risk-taking behavior

-Loss of interests

Connect through community:

-Don’t wait! Do not leave them alone!

-Do not shrug it off, listen and ask direct questions

-Remain non-judgmental

-Be compassionate & empathize

-Encourage, provide support

-Recommend Exercise and Sleep
