Chris is a photographer, sailor, author, diver, researcher, and storyteller who spent ten seasons documenting life aboard the Denis Sullivan.

From a fiberglass sloop and Friends Good Will to Picton Castle,  Lynx, and many more, Sam currently owns the schooner Victory Chimes and will be delving into the Grace Bailey shortly. Sea Scouts, HMS Bounty, far off islands, Captain Jerry, Ed Pratt, oral tradition, and that Marine Operations Director for a pizza company. 

Early infuences, South Street Seaport, hand stitched flags, Lake Erie mayflies, Nova Scotia, Bosun School, "Drop the rest of your life and go sailing", "Pipes & Robes", seafaring women's remarkable stories and the shipmate and graphic artist who gave me my first tattoo.
