In this episode, we will explore the difficulties that arise when mining projects are located in nature-protected spaces, such as Natura 2000-labelled areas. We will also discuss how the EU's nature restoration law from 2022 is increasing the pressure on extractive industries to achieve a net positive impact on biodiversity.
