What could have made this a 4 or 5-star listening experience for you?

Better writing. This "book" is a summary that sounds like it was written by a couple of high school students. There were grammar issues and it was poorly written.I gave up on listening to it halfway through.

The actual book instead of the summary.

You can't make bad writing sounds good, so it's not the fault of the voice talent or production.

Computer voice annoying!

The book is so condensed it it hard to follow. It skips back and forth and at time I thought I had missed something, but no, that's just how disjointed it is. Useless. I would like to have my money back on this one. It was a waste.

Good summary but can't stand the delivery

A good summary of the book pity this guy sounds like he's using Hawking's text reader.
