Tony Roe is the lead scout for Prep Hoops Iowa, based in Iowa City. He has been deeply involved in evaluating high school basketball talent across the state, contributing numerous articles and player evaluations. Additionally, Tony serves on the Class 2A rankings committee for the Iowa High School Athletic Association, playing a key role in shaping the state's basketball rankings.
