This year's rookie class might have gotten a lot less buzz than in previous years, but a lot of them have had stand out performances through summer league so far. Matas Buzelis seems like a sneaky ROTY finalist, Reed Sheppard has been unstoppable, and many other rookies look like they'll impact their teams right away. The Win Projections for each team has been released, and there are some projections that stand out in a big way.
