For our summer mini episodes we’re giving our first responders a break, and instead, putting a bandaid on a current emergency: should we be forcing ourselves to be social out of fear that we’re becoming reclusive? We weigh the pros and cons of being alone, while comparing our social lives and how we’ve grown to be more comfortable with giving ourselves what we need.
