This episode was recorded on the eve of September 11th, which just so happened to also be Suicide Awareness Day. We’ve mentioned it throughout the entirety of the year, and especially so during the pandemic, that the overwhelming mental health epidemic stemming from this event is already historic, and it’s only the beginning. Throughout the pandemic, we have compared this new threat to 9/11, and how, there are so many unseen factors that will play out in the generations to come.

Evictions, unemployment, instability and a crippled economy are part of the factors that will play out for generations to come. This isn’t conspiracy or hyperbole, this is the cold hard reality of shutting the world down, putting people out of business and forcing stagnation. Hopes of a optimistic new normal are quickly being shattered by a dystopian realization of the authoritarian forces used to subdue civilians worldwide.

The sad truth is, compliance will only lead to more enslavement and insecurity. A lot of the issues we speak on, won’t be solved in our lifetime, and that’s okay; It’s the fight that matters. We will never be freer than you are reading this right now, and if you don’t take the necessary precautions to secure that future for yourselves or those that come after you, you may as well abdicate your rights now. The future, albeit disturbing, cannot thrive off of fear. We have to admit these generational and systemic issues before we can ever focus on a solution.
