STOCKS TO WATCH:  $META $AZO $KULR $COOK $RIDE

Meta Platforms (META) - Shares of this mega-cap tech powerhouse were up more than 100% year to date as of Tuesday morning. Check your Movers tool in Benzinga Pro on a weekly basis to easily and quickly identify top movers in 2023.

 

AutoZone (AZO) - The stock was down 2% following mixed quarterly results. AutoZone said same-store sales (a measure of sales at it's retail locations open longer than one year) rose nearly 2% from last quarter.

 

KULR Technology (KULR) - A Benzinga Pro exclusive early release news item. KULR announced it was awarded an additional contract from the US Air Force related to the development of high-energy battery packs. KULR did not disclose terms of the contract. Shares were relatively quiet Tuesday morning but rallied more than 40% on Monday ahead of the news.

 

Traegar (COOK) - A good ole' fashioned barbeque play ahead of the unofficial start of the summer in the US, Memorial Day! Reminder: the US stock market will be closed on Monday, May 29 for Memorial Day.
