Welcome to the Summer Series! Here in Season 3 we will be taking three phrases or ideas that are commonly used and run them through the filter of the Bible to see how they stand up to it! This month's topic is surrounding the idea of having each our own versions of the truth.
Our challenge is to uncover sneaky ways we may all be applying this idea to our lives, and to reveal that the very things we try to hide behind are the things Jesus came to deliver us from! Join Claire and Stephanie as they discuss what we know to be absolute truth, how truth cannot be bent to our whim or experience, and how even though truth is often the uncomfortable thing, it is the TRUTH that will set us free.
For further reading & reference, explore the following verses and literature (Stephanie and Claire are reading from the ESV, unless otherwise noted): John 14:6, John 1:1, John 17:17, Luke 9:23, and Matthew 7:13.
