Anna's journey began in HR consulting at Ernst & Young. During COVID-19, she shifted to individual coaching, embracing a holistic mind, body, and spirit approach. After a period of "inner healing," she launched Summer Solstice, her coaching business.

She gained certification and initial leads through Career Coach Services and volunteered as a career coach at her church. Early business years involved intense "doing mode," but a shift to a "Be, Do, Have" philosophy brought greater ease and client flow.

Anna primarily serves young adults and those in transition, emphasizing mindset work (80%) over traditional strategy (20%). Her client acquisition relies on in-person retreats and workshops, often partnering with parishes, along with Facebook Events and GroupMe.

Her future goal is to expand nationally with more in-person events and explore new niches like marriage coaching. Valuable investments include mindset development programs and Career Coach Services. She advises coaches to prioritize human connection and active listening over immediate strategic advice.
