We're shaking things up and kicking off this episode with a friendly cocktail competition between us chicks and Janine! Each of us brought a summery cocktail to the table to go head-to-head for what we've coined Summer's Last Call! Then we're excited to bring on Fleet Feet's Marketing Director, Lauren Stegen, on to talk about their programs, races and events including their "Last Call" Summer Pub Run this Thursday, August 25.
