Why do we keep struggling with  life and the way we ought to live?  We know what we should do, but we don't do it; we work ourselves into frustration.  We all need encouragement.  God will not cast us out for the mistakes we make along the way.  Pick up the pieces and keep going - when God gives us the Holy  Spirit, we are made capable!
