Flood Watch. Flood watch remains in effect from 6 am Mountain Daylight Time this morning through monday afternoon. The Flood Watch continues for. portions of north central Montana and west central Montana, including the following areas, in north central Montana, Eastern Pondera, Eastern Teton, Northern Rocky Mountain Front, and Southern Rocky Mountain Front. In west central Montana, Central and Southern Lewis and Clark. from 6 AM Mountain Daylight Time this morning through Monday afternoon. A period of moderate to heavy rainfall is expected along the Rocky Mountain Front today through tonight. Rainfall amounts are expected to exceed 1. inches, but could reach near 3 inches. A combination of rain and enhanced snow melt runoff will cause rises on area streams, creeks, and rivers. Minor flooding could develop along the Dearborn River on Sunday and continue into Monday.
