Relative humidity values are expected to fall into the 20 to 25 percent range this afternoon for much of the area away from the immediate coast of Southeast Georgia and Southeast South Carolina. Southwest winds will be breezy this afternoon, with frequent gusts into the 20 to 25 mph range especially closer to the coast. These dry and breezy conditions, along with dry fuel moisture, will result in an elevated fire danger. Precautionary/preparedness actions. Please refer to your local burn permitting authorities on whether you can burn. If you do, you are advised to use extreme caution.
