A Broward deputy accused of lying about the head-slamming arrest of teenager Delucca Rolle, was found not guilty yesterday afternoon. Deputy Ralph Mackey had been accused of falsifying an arrest report about the takedown of then 15-year-old Rolle outside a Tamarac McDonald’s, on April 18.
