In this episode, we exam the 2nd half of Sun Tzu's Art of War, the lessons 6-9 which are great lessons useful in business, marketing, and martial arts.  They are not only good for martial arts, but great lessons for your whole life as well.  In our martial art practice, we talk about the concept of walking or running away as opposed to fighting.  We also talk about having good defense and a really strong offense in order to end a fight quickly as to not prolong the "warfare."  Lastly, building confidence in your abilities and earning belts is a great weapon to use against your opponent or bully.
