With all the traits of heavenly wisdom we have examined, this one so far has proved the most challenging in my own life. Because heavenly wisdom that is pure, peaceable, and gentle brings with it the ability to be questioned and a willingness to learn that I don't know it all. We find a great struggle in the Baptist world with this very problem. But not just in the Baptist world. The rest of the world deals with this as well. An inability to accept the notion that maybe my way isn't always right, with the realization that His is. That means that if my way and His way clashes, it's my wisdom that needs to change, not Gods. There are three truths I find in this text that must be found in us as believers if we are to ever grow.
