Ambient Noodlings

Sunday Ambient #144

Listen Later

Happy Sunday everyone! It’s a beautiful day here and now that I’ve got my jam for the day recorded, I think I’m going to get outside for a bit. I mentioned last time that I’d picked up a Squarp Hermod sequencer. After playing with it during the week, I decided that while it was fine for melodic stuff, I wasn’t crazy about it for percussion. As luck would have it my local store, Switched On, where I got the Hermod had a great deal on a Winter Modular Eloquencer. I was able to exchange the Hermod for not much more. I’d been eyeing the Eloquencer for quite a while and always thought it was a bit pricey until I found a reasonably priced used one.

Patch Notes

* Melodic voice is the Spectraphon, sequenced by a pair of Xaoc Moska II sequencers and Leibniz modules

* Maths used for envelopes

* Filtering by Popple

* Drums are the SSF Ultra Perc and Metalloid, sequenced by Eloquencer

* Delay by Mimeophon and reverb by FX Aid
