Happy Sunday evening. Time for a jam and I’ve got another upbeat tune to share. Not sure if this sort of thing is ambient, but it is a bunch of noodling around. As usual, I did some experimentation with new sounds. Last time I mentioned that I ran some noise through my Spectraphon to create the melody. There’s more of that going on in today’s jam. Additionally, the percussion sounds are all generated with noise, with the exception of a sine wave contributing to the kick sound. I really enjoyed sculpting the sounds from various noise sources. I think I’m on to something there.
Patch Notes
* Melodic voice is Spectraphon in SAM mode processing noise from Schlappi Engineering Interstellar Radio (what a cool name.) The Spectraphon then gets some grit from a EuroRat module.
* Maths and a LPG used for sound shaping the Spectraphon.
* Lots of modulation by Ochd and Octosource.
* Eloquencer does the sequencing with some help from a Moskwa II.
* Delay by Mimeophon and reverb by FX Aid.
