Here's your So Cal 7-day surf forecast starting tomorrow.
Tomorrow, Monday the 25th, expect chest to head high surf at the west-facing breaks. Winds are on our side with favorable conditions in the morning.
On Tuesday the 26th, those west-facing breaks could run about 2 feet overhead. The surf will be nudging up with chest-shoulder high surf at the better breaks.
For Wednesday the 27th, expect the surf to remain consistent with head high to 2 feet overhead at west-facing breaks. The water temperature will stick around in the low 60s.
As we move to Thursday the 28th, we will see a notable increase in surf size. The swell will build throughout the day with waves starting as double overhead early and then reaching triple overhead by the evening.
Friday the 29th is set for triple overhead waves for those early risers, but the swell drops to double overhead as the day progresses.
Saturday the 30th will see waves continuing to hover near double overhead for the early part of the day and then climbing back up to triple overhead by the evening.
Wrapping up the week, Sunday the 31st will offer triple overhead waves for the dawn patrol surfers, but waves will decrease to double overhead later on in the day.
The two best days to surf this week would be Thursday the 28th and Friday the 29th when the waves will really be pumping up in size. Be sure to mark your calendars and get out there.
