Charlie is an Associate Professor at Indiana Wesleyan University and Director of Youth Ministry Events. He also serves as faculty advisor for the annual IWU Youth Conference as well as coordinator for “Frequency,” a conference designed to invest in people committed to youth ministry and “RAM Camp,” a conference designed to help high school students discover their call.
