We live in a very consumeristic culture today. Everyone seeks to be happy, comfortable, built up, and encouraged. It’s even like this in the church. People come in and want, above all, to be served. Today, Pastor Richie will challenge you instead, to seek to serve, to build up, and to express love. Don’t just come to consume as the world does. Come to be filled up, with the intention to then pour out God’s goodness on others. The body of Christ will thrive the most when its people have this perspective.
