Happy Sunday, everybody.

Before the week rushes back in and the noise turns back up, pause for a second and remember what actually matters.

Unity.

Love.

Respect.

None of us knows what tomorrow brings. That is not fear talking. That is truth. And truth has a way of sharpening our priorities if we let it.

So today, hug a little harder.

Smile a little brighter.

Hold the door open for someone and actually look them in the eye when you do.

See the good even when it feels buried.

Stand up to what is wrong even when it would be easier to stay quiet.

If you are feeling heavy, you are not broken.

If you are feeling uncertain, you are not weak.

If you are feeling tired, you are not alone.

We are all feeling it in different ways. And we are getting through it the same way. Together.

We are the United States.

And united, we stand.

With love.

With pride.

With a deep reminder of who we are when we choose each other.
