Our friend Jane Garrett hung out with the Sunday Lunch gang to tell us about her amazing book, A Fractured Life. In her memoir, Jane tells about her childhood and the many obstacles she endured. She faced every trial with faith and bravery and is truly an overcomer. We think her story will inspire everyone. Click here to purchase Jane's book.
Sunday Lunch is back! We sat down with our friend Jeff Whitehorn to talk about his new book, Leadership Treasure. We learn the true inspiration behind his book, reminisce a little, and laugh a lot (shocker). Jeff is so funny we thought he was auditioning to be a cohost. And we talk about Jeff's upcoming appearance at the Men's Breakfast at Brentwood Hills.
Get Jeff's book at Barnes & Noble or Amazon (or from Jeff's trunk).
Our friend Andrew Leeper is back at Sunday Lunch. He's lunched with us before, and we had so much fun we asked him to come back again.
We talk about the Nashville tornadoes, Andrew's high school song leading, life on the farm, and Rosie and Sweet Pea.
We just love Andrew and we bet you will too!

Sunday Lunch is finally together again! Given how long it's been since our last attempt at podcasting, we decided we weren't quite guest ready. So time to learn what's cooking with us!
Katie lets us know how Sunday Lunch is enacting social change and fills us in on her latest obsession. Amy overshares about her home renovations. And Kerry is just happy to be here! And he tells us about his new fitness program. (It's his passion!)
We'd love to hear what you think about this episode and what's cooking with you! Find us on Instagram and Twitter @sundaylunch3.
Do you remember Sallie Miller from Sunday Lunch Episode 19? If not, stop what you're doing and listen now! She and her husband Eric have an amazing story!
Sallie is a licensed marriage and family therapist - and goodness knows we need her help! We talked about how all of us are coping with this unprecedented time. We had lots of laughs and Sallie shared so much insight and inspiration.
The Sunday Lunch gang was together again for this recording - safely social distanced - and it was a joyful reunion for sure!

Hey we're back! We sure have missed gathering around the Sunday Lunch table.
In this episode we share a podcast we recorded several months ago. It was a new project we were trying out, before everything changed.
Then this week we recorded a fresh, new intro to this episode, catching you up on how we're feeling today. Because you know we love to talk about our feelings.
We hope you enjoy! We love you Lunch Bunch!
It's been a minute but we're back! We're still trying to figure out a good way to podcast in these strange times. The whole point of Sunday Lunch is gathering around the table. And gathering is sort of prohibited these days . . .
But we couldn't let this day pass without talking about our moms! We share some funny things and important things we learned from our mothers. We play a little game about moms and have some surprise visitors.
Tell us the best thing you learned from your mom. We're on Instagram and Twitter @sundaylunch3.
In this quarantine episode, Amy, Katie and Kerry catch up with on life at home. We explain DTRs to Kerry. We talk about what we're thankful for while we're on quarantine. We share things that are keeping us entertained. And Katie becomes a lounge singer.
Here's the Queen Green Screen we talk about.
Here's a cool company where Katie bought her big girl purse.
What are you doing while safe at home? Let us know on Twitter and Instagram @sundaylunch3.
We may not have a great way to record in this quarantined situation, but this episode is full of laughs.
We talk about Kerry's recent social media stardom. Caroline and Charlotte Jackson, Katie's lovely nieces, join us. They tell us about being quaran-TEENS, moving to Nashville, and the enneagram. We share some stories about concerts and try to explain Zoom to Kerry.
We end with a game about current slang that we think might be our funniest game yet.

We recorded this episode a couple of weeks ago, before the coronavirus situation became so dire here in the US. We are sending love and prayers to all of you, our Lunch Bunch.
We sure hope this interview with Todd Potgeter brings you some joy. He's a real Renaissance man and we try to figure out exactly what his job is. And we have lots of questions about how he met his lovely wife online.
But hearing about his passion for the Hope to Walk project touched our hearts. We know it will yours too.
