This sermon looks at Matthew 24: 3-14 & 2 Thessalonians 1:5-12, a continuation of our #bigger series.

Takeaways:

1) A bigger view of Jesus leads to a bigger desire to BE the church

a) Community matters! The Matthew Passage we looked at the beginning of our time together said that the Gospel will be proclaimed throughout the whole world.

2) Jesus is coming back!

a) This is not a fearful thing for those in Christ.

b) This is the culmination of the gospel! We get to BE with Christ for all eternity. We get to enjoy the bounty of sinless existence with Christ!

c) Let's tell others this Good news

3) If it's not today, we are still one day closer.

a) Eager expectation!

b) Not to be kept to ourselves
