I preached this on Sunday to my church.

I know every church is different and your church probably has an amazing strategy, vision and systems.

I just shared: God's plan for our church is simple: everyone shows up, grows up, gives, brings one, and serves.

Mat 16:18 NLT] 18 Now I say to you that you are Peter (which means 'rock'), and upon this rock I will build my church, and all the powers of hell will not conquer it.

God's plan for our church is simple: everyone shows up, grows up, gives, brings one, and serves.

Show up: Attend church regularly (Hebrews 10:25)

Grow up: Commit to discipleship (Matthew 28:19-20)

Give: Tithe (Malachi 3:10)

Bring one: Invest and invite (John 1:40-42)

Serve: Embrace servanthood (Mark 10:45)

"Let's commit to following God's simple plan for our church, and watch as He blesses our church and our community."

* Identify one area where you need to grow or make changes

* Set a goal or action plan for implementing that change

* Seek accountability and support from others

* Prayer: "Lord, help us as a church to follow your simple plan for us. Guide us in showing up, growing up, giving, bringing one, and serving. Use us to make a difference in our community and bring glory to your name. Amen."
