As we gather in the house of the Lord this day we will be reading from Mark 5:21-43. Here we read of two healings that occur, one of a woman with a bleeding condition and the other of a deceased girl. The miracle of Christ's healing power should not surprise us, but what is most evidently told to us is the importance of faith in the divine work.
