In this podcast, we’ll be discussing a few things that came to mind, like the new book I’m reading, “ Becoming The One” (photo below), and experiences I had, and the most important conversation comes at the end, where I discuss with you about the 3 pillars I believe we have backwards. Sleep, Nutrition, and Movement. I emphasized sleep a lot in this conversation that I had with this young lady I met on Friday, which got me thinking to share with you my Sleep PDF to help you navigate a better sleep routine.
