Today episode is anonymous. It is told on behalf of someone who saw me speak once and decided now was time to share their story. 

I will tell her story. I will tell it with confidentiality in mind and be respectful of that, but I also will teach out a lesson. The lesson isn’t about alcohol/drug safety, or to not go out, or even really about consent (which should always be given by any individual involved) but it’s about being an advocate for someone, having a plan, and understanding the process so you can help others try to make the best decisions they can or if it happens to you, you can have a little bit of knowledge.
