Sunday Worship Service 10-13-24 “Growing from Adversity” (Part 2) (James 1:2-4)-Audio-Only
We hold our in-person Sunday worship services at 10:45 AM (Pacific time) and are recording them each week for folks who can’t join us in person. This is the Audio-only version recorded for Sunday, October 13, 2024. It is also available in Video format through our YouTube channel. ORDER OF SERVICE:
We will open our Sunday service by singing together (on-screen lyrics in the video worship service). Then, the message “Growing from Adversity” (Part 2) will be preached by Pastor Dave Marksbury from James 1:2-4. This is message #13 in the Trusting God sermon series. This series will continue in future weeks.
After this message, sing again with our worship team. The community prayer and weekly announcements are followed by the "One Year Bible Reading" update.
After the offering, we will celebrate Communion with Jesus Christ through the bread and the cup. If you are participating in our online service and have personally accepted Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior, you are also invited to participate at home. If so, you will want to be ready with the bread and cup (juice, wine or red beverage). We will conclude the service by singing together.
