Sunn Classic Pictures' history spans little more than a decade. They started out with the goal of making family friendly entertainment, movies that middle America could take their kids to on a Saturday without having to worry about the profanity and violence that seemed to be on the upswing in Hollywood at the time. Between knowing their market, and having a clever distribution strategy, Sunn Classic Pictures did pretty well for themselves.
