Stress switches off our thinking brain, our immune system, cuts the blood flow from our growth organs and make our body susceptible to many diseases. The food you eat and the thoughts you think takes away the energy from your immune system and makes your body susceptible to many diseases.

Our brain has a device amygdala which keeps on scanning our perception for the stress, by stress i mean fear, anger, sadness. Whenever amygdala detects a stress it switches on the survival mechanis of our body which cuts down blood from our growth organs and switches off immune system and switches off our conscious brain as well. Work on stress management with intention, meditate breath and eat good food.
