Let's begin the journey.

Learning to speak.

I am learning how to speak.

For a dog being separated from his pack means death to him, let's talk how can we prevent and fix this serious issue.

Everytime I do this technique my stress melts away and it also helped me in developing a strong army of immune system.

Greatness is progressively sacrificing our old self for a better self.

If we keep on working on ourselves in improving every aspect of our life we will achieve greatness.

Swami Vivekananda jee said that difference between an ordinary human being and a great human being lies between the degree of concentration, on what you concentrate and how much you concentrate.

Keep on working on the metnal muscle of concentration and focus.

A focused concentration can achieve whatever goal you dream of.

We live in a world where we keep on getting stress. By stress i mean feeling angers, fear and sadness. Stress switches off our thinking brain, our immune system, cuts the blood flow from our growth organs and make our body susceptible to many diseases. By integrating these six things you can increase your probability of living healthy life long by many folds, so listen and start living health because life is beautiful.

The food you eat and the thoughts you think takes away the energy from your immune system and makes your body susceptible to many diseases.

Our brain has a device amygdala which keeps on scanning our perception for the stress, by stress i mean fear, anger, sadness. Whenever amygdala detects a stress it switches on the survival mechanis of our body which cuts down blood from our growth organs and switches off immune system and switches off our conscious brain as well. Work on stress management with intention, meditate breath and eat good food.
