An overworked baker in Bondi gets forced out of his bakery and onto the beach so that he can get a life and make some friends. There he reconnects with an old acquaintance who also finds themselves overworked and confused by unresolved feelings about their late husbands untimely but comedic death. They're all about to learn that food is the real food of the soul.
