This Sunday we launched a new series called Sunshine & Shadows: A Conversation about Mental Health. Pastor Jason talked about the power of perception in our understanding of it and the opportunity of the church to be a place of hope in the reality of its weight in our society. Moving from a place of comfortable to vulnerable, from a mindset of curing to healing, and from a posture of inclusivity to belonging. Tacos, Legolas, Mental Health facts and the Bible made for an incredible Sunday! #SunshineandShadows
