A night owl on his journey to becoming a freaking morning person... and sharing his royally messed up dreams along the way. 

I keep hearing about the most successful people out there having these stringent 'morning routines', who wake up early, charging out their front doors, screaming some war cry as they face the day.

I’ll be talking about everything to do with sleep, sleep disorders, morning and night routines, and more, and share some of the weirdest dreams I can remember in a long time, hopefully giving you a laugh. Eventually, maybe I’ll even wake up earlier than noon!
