Idea: A special citizenship status with fun privileges which allow you act like an action movie hero and commandeer another person's car, and also maybe take people's food, swap clothing with them, cut in front of them in a line, etc. Also: you'd have to do a brave heroic act to become a Super Citizen; "Improving Citizens" who have to "clean up the messes" of the Super Citizens, i.e. return the cars taken by Super Citizens to their owners; discussing our own successful and unsuccessful acts of heroic bravery
