In this episode (129) Adam (@DDX84 on IG) and myself discuss the first episode of Andor and the new Super Mario Movie.

Adam has watched the first episode of Andor and we discuss how it is light on fan service. Then we agree Super Mario is solid fun, with no modern messaging and pure escapist fun, we also make some comparisons to Sonic the Hedgehog movies and Transformers. I make mention of how being live action means on some level that the creators can’t recreate the game world, but Mario went all in on its concept.
