When Mario and Luigi are captured by Bowser, Peach must muster all of her inner strength to go rescue them. With the help of her womanly powers (moods) and Perry the Parasol, she sets off for Vibe Island. Little does she know that Bowser has the Vibe Scepter, a powerful object which can control moods.
