Did you ever notice that back in school that the kids in the top of the class were always the ones that really like the challenge of school and were excited to learn, and the students in the mid to lower half of the class seemed bored and couldn´t wait for the bell to ring so they could get out of there?  It had nothing to do with IQ and everything to do with desire.  The first step in any accomplishment is desire.  It´s the same now as it was back in school and always will be thoughout the rest of our lives.The people that have identified something they want and have a burning desire to receive it, are the ones that excel.
