In this episode we have on friend of the show Christian Villacres, healer and acupuncturist. Christian and I lead a men's retreat in March of '23 and we wanted to share a little bit of our experience. In addition to this we discuss dis-identifying with one's limitations, generational awareness, healing one's legacy, the building one's friendship network, the importance of touch and rites of passage.

Christian is a healer, a teacher and a guide. His fields of practice are holistic

health, natural medicine, health coaching and personal development.  He
