This week Joe is joined by Robin Sizemore of Superhero Training and Supply. They talk about an event taking place on May 11th, "Superhero Saturday," at Morton Elementary School (7006 Marshall Ave, Hammond, IN). It's an all day event where students can get a taste of a variety of activities centered around Mindfulness Training and mental health. There will be Yoga, Meditation, Art, and a discussion by none other than, Joe Riley, talking about how music can be a way to aid in your mental health journey.
