Change is possible through the supernatural power of Christ working in us. Only Jesus can change us from the inside out, putting new desires in our hearts and making us more like Him. The fruits of the Spirit listed in Ephesians 5 - love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness and self-control - exemplify what Jesus embodies and what we should strive towards.
