Based on 2 Kings 6:1–7, “Supernatural Intervention” invites listeners to consider a short easily overlooked story from the life of the prophet Elisha and those of the sons of the prophet, and the account of a lost axe head. It seems small on the surface. But hidden within it is one of the clearest pictures in all of Scripture of what happens when God steps into a situation that is completely beyond human ability to fix.
