The “anointing” refers to the presence and power of the Holy Spirit upon a person empowering that person to do what God has assigned them to do. In part-2 of this sermon series, there is an anointing for every God-given assignment. Whatever God has assigned you to do in life, be a wife, husband, mother, father, software professional, research scientist, businessperson, teacher, lawyer, physician, a preacher of God’s Word, etc. there is an anointing for that assignment. There is an anointing for different tasks and ministries. There is an anointing for every God-given assignment. The expressions of the anointing can be seen through wisdom, understanding, knowledge, skill, and the manifestations of the gifts of the Holy Spirit. The anointing brings supernatural empowerment. The Holy Spirit empowers us supernaturally to carry out what God has given us to do.
