A Soviet spaceship stumbles upon a stray astronaut, floating without a vessel anywhere near. Doctor Sasha Tarasova, an astrophysicist for the mission, will be tasked with caring for the newcomer, but the secrets the astronaut hides - as well as the relationship between them and the scientist - will quickly take an unexpected turn.
